John Rayls is a dynamic speaker and will challenge us with new ideas and ways to reach our communities. His main interest in the church is working with and through teams to help fulfill the Great Commission and the Great Commandment. His part in all of this is to help the Church think differently about itself and about the surrounding culture primarily through consulting, training and coaching.
