Fr. Dave was born in Scranton, PA. Growing up in a military family he moved frequently living in TX, CA, PA, FL, and NM. After graduating high school and one year at the University of New Mexico he spent 4.5 years in the Air Force serving in FL, Germany, and AZ. Following his time in the military he attended Arizona State University and received a BS in Ag-Industry with a emphasis in Food Science. Upon graduation and two years of post-graduate studies he worked for 18 years in the food industry for Quaker Oats, FMC, and a National Food Distribution company.
